Bio

Mrs. Miller has been an educator for nearly 25 years, with 15 years at Western Academy Charter School. She holds two master’s degrees—one in Education with a focus on Specific Learning Disabilities and another in Educational Leadership—both from Florida Atlantic University.

Her experience includes teaching both general education and ESE, as well as serving as an SAI Teacher, ESE Coordinator, Assistant Principal, and now Principal. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive learning environment where students feel valued and can succeed. She focuses on providing high-quality education, a positive school culture, and strong relationships among students, staff, and families.

Mrs. Miller believes deeply in Western Academy’s mission as an independent charter school, providing families with a high-quality public school choice where students thrive academically and socially.

Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, practicing yoga, reading, traveling when she gets the chance, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
